5 KEY ADVANTAGES:

01

MATERIAL COST DOWN

Achieve 99%+ material yield.

02

INITIAL COST DOWN

Our die mold is small and short L/T, then fee is same level as Jig

03

NO POST-PLATING FEE

Use pre-plated material to eliminate post-plating cost.

04

TRANSPORTATION COST DOWN

Compact cut-pin shapes help reduce transportation cost.

05

BOOSTS AUTOMATION

Supports automation and helps save labor and space.

Our Technology

How We Process

Our cold-forming process applies pressure to wire material using precision molds

Generating virtually zero scrap or waste material.

01

Wire Material Feeding

First, the metal wire supplied in coil form. The wire is fed into the machine through a precision gripper drive system, which ensures accurate positioning and stable movement.

02

Cold Deformation Processing

Then, the wire is shaped using high-pressure molds. This cold forming method enhances material strength while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances.

03

Output & Singulation

Finally, finished parts are then washing and drying processes to remove any residues.

Pin Process

Additional Option: Pin Assembly

Our company not only supplies packaged pins, but also supports the assembly of pins into housings using machines designed and developed in-house.
This enables stable quality, improved efficiency, and flexible solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Flexible Customer Solutions

Automated Pin & Housing Assembly System

Matsuda (Thailand)  is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality pins, along with comprehensive pin assembly services powered
by fully automated machines developed in-house. Designed with precision engineering, our systems integrate multiple production processes into a
single machine to meet specific customer requirements.
This advanced assembly system delivers high efficiency, reduces labor requirements, and saves space. Our pin assembly machine represents a
cost-effective, high-performance technology for modern manufacturing. As a result, we can consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Pin-to-Connector Assembly Process

Our automated assembly system integrates pin feeding, housing feeding, insertion, rib processing, notch processing, and final assembly into a streamlined production flow.

Pin Feeding Process

Step 1 Put Cut Pins into Hopper

Cut pins are placed into the machine hopper. The machine feeds the pins onto the line.

Step 2 Line Up Pins Automatically

Pins are automatically aligned and fed into the machine. Pins that do not meet standards are rejected.

Housing Feeding Process

Step 1 Put Housings into Hopper

Connector housings are placed into the machine hopper. The machine feeds the housings onto the line.

Step 2 Supply Housings Automatically

Connector housings are automatically supplied to the assembly line by the bowl feeder system.
Process Integration

Step 3 Pin Insertion & Rib Processing

Pins and housings are precisely positioned and assembled automatically. Rib processing is performed to secure the assembled structure.

Step 4 Notch Processing

Notch processing is performed to achieve the required shape and improve assembly stability.

Step 5 Final Assembly

The completed pin assembly is fully integrated into the connector, reducing manual work and improving production efficiency.
